After trying the bar herself, Rebecca stated \”I was blown away with how much it tasted like a dessert\”. Even co-founder and CEO, Steve George, can be seen getting completely flabergasted over the amazing flavour!
With a year of developing Protina, tasting a Protina-based recipe like this was emotional for our Terra team. We quickly requested further projects with Conestoga so we can continue to show the power of upcycled ingredients like Protina.
